Winemaking Process
In order to preserve the integrity of the fruits, grapes are hand-picked.
A 14-month aging process in French oak allows this wine to develop its aromas.
Tasting Comments
This Syrah has a nice black-cherry color. The nose reveals anise, plum, and cherry aromas. The initial taste is fresh with cherry and plum flavors followed by chocolate and orange flavors mixed with nice smooth tannins.
